Papua New Guinea Kunjin

Most of the coffee in Papua New Guinea is grown by local smallholder farmers on family plots where they grow coffee alongside other crops. These specific plots are grown at elevations of 1,500 – 1,800 MASL and are fully washed and dried on tarps for three to six days.
