Costa Rica Tarrazú Familia Monge (Limited Release 12oz)

The latest offering from our Limited Release program. This beautiful coffee is black honey processed - which refers to the amount of light the coffee gets exposed to during drying. Black honey gets the most sheltered from light and dries for the longest amount of time (at least 2 weeks). It is the most labor-intensive and expensive of honey processed coffees. Look for a dominant, syrupy body in the cup with tasting notes of raspberry, cashew, and mandarin orange. Get it while you can!
