Papua New Guinea Bunum Wo Peaberry

About the Coffee
This Papua New Guinea is a peaberry, which is a wonderful little mutation where instead of two beans growing inside the coffee fruit, one single bean takes up the whole growing area. The Bunum Wo Estate is located in the Western Highlands Province, and all coffee is grown at elevations of 1,500 MASL or higher. This coffee undergoes a fully washed process that includes fermentation, soaking, rinsing, and at the end of all that, the beans are then sorted by hand to ensure no defects.
