About the Coffee
This organic certified coffee from the island of Sumatra has all the earthy, smoky, sweet, and tangy notes you expect and love. This coffee was wet hulled processed which is standard practice in Sumatra because of the humid and rainy weather. Pulping the coffee while still wet gives the beans their bluish hue and distinct flavor, and helps them dry faster to get down to the proper moisture level for export.
