This Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee comes to us from a group of smallholder farmers located in the Mbozi, Mbeya, and Mbinga regions of the southern highlands of Tanzania. The flamingo is called Korongo in Swahili and this coffee is a unique as it's namesake – full-bodied, prominent sweetness, and sharp acidity – a classic Tanzania profile. It is fully washed and dried on raised beds for 14 - 20 days.
