About the Coffee
Returning to our lineup for a second year is a lovely coffee from the Chiapas region of Mexico. This lot of coffee is fully washed, organic certified, and was grown and combined with similar coffee profiles from many different smaller farms into bigger lots for export. Producers here have a hard time finding labor to help pick their cherries -- many of the members of the community have emigrated to the U.S. for higher paying jobs. Just remember that a lot of work went into producing this lot! Coffee from Chiapas tends to differ from the profiles of Oaxaca or other parts of Mexico and this Mexico Chiapas La Concordia is another one of those classic and timeless profiles that we love.
