About the Coffee
The Guji region of Ethiopia is well known for producing beautiful coffees with long lasting bright fruit flavors. This natural process coffee, made up of heirloom varieties that have been passed down from generation to generation, was grown at elevations of 2,100 – 2,200 MASL, picked by hand, and dried on raised beds for 16 days before being moved to a patio to dry for 10 more.
