Ethiopia Sidama Ardi

Named after a famous early human fossil that was discovered in Ethiopia, this heirloom variety coffee from Sidama is back in our lineup! This is a Grade 1 Natural processed coffee that is harvested by smallholder farmers on hillsides in Sidama's fertile growing region. The farmers harvest their cherries and bring them to their local mill where workers sort out all the under and overripe cherries. The coffee is then dried on raised beds for 8-10 days, followed by an extra 2-3 days on a concrete patio.
