Ethiopia Sidama Bensa Arroresa

This coffee comes from about 700 smallholder farmers that all deliver their ripe cherry to the Bensa Arroresa Washing Station in Sidama, Ethiopia. Once this coffee is first sorted at the mill, it is depulped and then fermented underwater for up to 48 hours. After fermentation the cherry is washed clean of the fruit and spread out to dry on raised beds for two weeks.
