Papua New Guinea Sigri AA

This coffee, from the Sigri Estate in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea, is made up of larger beans, (AA grade) meaning they filtered through a size 18 screen grade – about the same size of a Kenya AA. This group developed a quality control method called "Kula Processing Method". This method guarantees that each bean has gone through a very strict sorting process, a double color sort, a double hand sorting process, and then laid out on raised beds to dry in the sun, ensuring highest quality and consistency!
