Peru Cenfrocafe Cajamarca

2014 marks the 3rd consecutive year we’ve been working with the CENFROCAFE Cooperative. Every year the quality coming from the cooperative is better and better yielding consistently clean sweet cups. One of the strongest, most capable co-ops in Peru employee cuppers with an unsurpassed ability to build excellent lots. Many of the contributing members are also subsistence farmers within Jaen, San Ignacio which is still considered a frontier area. The cooperative’s foray into the burgeoning territory allows them innovate without challenging older models of production while also effectively incentive farmers for higher quality.
