Ethiopia Sidama Ardi

In 1992 in Ethiopias Great Rift Valley, anthropologists discovered Ardipithecus Ramidus, a 4.4 million year old hominid (ape) fossil. Ardi inspired the name of the coffee that changed that way we think about naturally-processed Ethiopians. This uniquely sweet, heirloom variety coffee yields striking flavor notes that are simultaneously fruity, floral, and juicy.
