Sumatra Takengon Aceh
This coffee comes to us from Sumatra's western highlands, along the coast of Lake Lut Tawar at the KSU Aringata coop. Here, the coffee is picked and semi-washed, then fermented underwater for a minimum of 12 hours and dried in the sun for about three days.
