Hacienda Tobosi was created in 2010 with a goal of producing the highest quality specialty coffee. In order to achieve this goal, the farmers at finca Tobosi planted specific varieties to optimize the farming conditions in different sections of the farm. A forest nursery was also created on the farm to provide the ideal shade trees for the microclimate. Soil and foliar analyses are commonly used to adjust the nutrients needed for optimal development of the coffee plant. This late harvest natural processed gesha demonstrates their continued commitment to high quality coffee.
