Order Processing
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Orders under $50 have shipping rates based on the negotiated rates from our preferred shipping partners.

International Shipping
For international shipping, please contact weborders@anodynecoffee.com.

Shipping Times
Domestic: 3-7 business days.

Shipping Carriers
We use USPS to ship all online orders.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Anodyne Coffee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc).

Damages
Anodyne Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
