About the Coffee
Los Arrayanes is an association of 100 small producers with 360 hectares and approximately 800,000 kgs (1,763,698 lbs) of parchment coffee production. Most of the producers transitioned from selling conventional coffee to organic production with the intention of protecting the environment and achieving better income, thanks to the leadership of Nancy Rojas, who founded the association.

Our coffee is roasted on two S35 Kestrel Loring Smart Roasters. Up to 80% fuel-savings and reduction of greenhouse gases in every roast, compared to conventional roasters.
