About the Coffee
As you may know, every fall we roll out our Harvest Moon blend to compliment the lovely fall season in Wisconsin. Past years blends were roasted a little bit darker, some nice spice notes, some chocolatey sweetness, and this year we stay the course! Sumatra, Honduras, and Peru come together to create the perfect, slightly roast-y blend, with some big tasting notes of dark chocolate, praline, and cinnamon. This coffee has a nice balanced body, and even though it is medium-dark roast, some nice acidity sparkles in the cup.

How is your coffee roasted?
Our coffee is roasted on two S35 Kestrel Loring Smart Roasters. Up to 80% fuel-savings and reduction of greenhouse gases in every roast, compared to conventional roasters.
