About the Coffee
This might not be the most fruit-forward natural Ethiopian coffee, but it is an incredibly complex coffee, full of baking spices, chocolate, papaya, and dark red fruits. This coffee, from the farm from the Nigat family in the Keffa region of Ethiopia is owned and operated by the field officer of the importing group (Crop 2 Cup) that imported the coffee, and this is actually the very first time they've imported their coffee to the US. We are lucky enough to have a few bags to share from this year's harvest and have already made commitments to receive more bags of coffee from this family farm when the next crop arrives later on in 2025!Â
