About the Coffee
This bright, clean washed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia is finally back in our lineup! This year's lot is produced by Iseral Degefa and made up from local landrace varieties that are grown 'garden style' in yards and gardens. Floral and tea-like profiles make Ethiopia famous for its coffee production, and this one is no exception. We are several years into our partnership working with Samuel Demisse who was born in the Kaffa province in Ethiopia, and started Keffa Coffee Imports in 2006, continuously bringing in delicious lots into our roastery.

Our Walker's Point Roastery is MOSA certified. Look for the USDA logo to find our certified organic coffees or click the 'organic' tab in the shop menu.
How is your coffee roasted?
Our coffee is roasted on two S35 Kestrel Loring Smart Roasters. Up to 80% fuel-savings and reduction of greenhouse gases in every roast, compared to conventional roasters.
