About the Coffee
Every fall we release our Harvest Moon blend to compliment the beautiful fall season in Wisconsin. This years' rendition of our beloved seasonal blend has some sweet honey notes complimented by dark chocolate and cinnamon spice. Coffee from Sumatra and Guatemala come together to create the perfect, slightly roast-y blend with a nice balanced body. Yes, it is a medium-dark roast, but you should find some nice acidity sparkling in the cup.

Our coffee is roasted on two S35 Kestrel Loring Smart Roasters. Up to 80% fuel-savings and reduction of greenhouse gases in every roast, compared to conventional roasters.
