About the Coffee
Angel Arturo Paz Ramirez bought his first coffee farm in 2007, La Colima, where he planted the red catuaí variety and prepped his first ever coffees for export. El Tango is Angel's second coffee farm, purchased in 2018 with the plan to grow specialized varieties of coffee. Angel is a third-generation coffee farmer and has been working at the San Vicente mill in the Santa Barbera area of Honduras since he was young, with many years of coffee farming in his life you know these coffees are going to be beautiful!
100% Gesha
Gesha, a variety of coffee that produces a very floral, delicate, and tea-like cup. These gesha variety trees are a bit more finicky than most types of coffee plants and produces less yield than other traditional varieties, we would argue all the fuss is worth it.
